Middls® connects product-based entrepreneurs to North American online market spaces that they otherwise are not eligible or able to gain market and selling presence. 

For example, on North American selling platforms such as Amazon, African countries represent only 20% (20-23) of the listed 100-103 eligible countries that can trade/sell on Amazon.ca and Amazon.com respectively. Note that there are 195 countries recognized sovereign countries by the UN worldwide. Specifically in Africa, there are 54 countries & territories of which the top 2 largest African economies by GDP (Nigeria & South Africa) are not eligible to trade on Amazon. These 2 countries combined represent 33.3% ($816 billion USD) of total African GDP ($2.45 trillion USD). Nigeria's population as of 2020 estimate is 204.6M while South Africa is 58.8M. Combined representing 20.2% of total African population (1.3B). 

The ability to participate and sell on a platforms such as Amazon is a huge revenue and income opportunity-loss for product-based entrepreneurs from ineligible countries. At Middls®, we solve that connectivity problem for entrepreneurs. Middls® focus expands beyond African countries but to all ineligible countries world-wide and product-based entrepreneurs that reside in those countries.

Middls® utilizes a success-based review & selection process. We review potential entrepreneur clients product for viability in North America online market spaces. If viable and selected, we accept your product for listing and exposure into the North American online market via a formal contractual agreement. With this, Middls® places your product directly into market via the Amazon FBA program (Fulfilled by Amazon). This means Middls® represents client entrepreneurs as the "middle-mile" supply chain owner and directly inject your product into Amazon's inventory and other selling platforms. When your product is purchased, Amazon (via the Middls® FBA program) will fulfill, ship and deliver your product directly to your customers at a percentage cost of gross sale value. 

Middls® monitors and reports sales and growth performance of your products weekly to client entrepreneur. Middls® also remits monthly net revenue to client entrepreneurs. Your net revenue is defined as revenue after deductions of cost related to Amazon Fees plus Middls® Fees (including all additional marketing cost executed by Middls®). Middls® offers (at additional cost) auxiliary paid marketing services to help you boost sales performance of your product. Such marketing services include online marketing, lead-generation, squeeze page creation, domain registration, profession website creation, professional email (domain based) creation and more. 

Client entrepreneurs also have direct access to account representatives via Telephone, Email and Whatsapp for immediate inquiry and support. Middls® represents you as your front-facing customer service liaison directly to customers who purchase your products or potential customers who have questions about your product. This may sometimes require direct support from client entrepreneur on inquiries that exceed Middls® expertise on your product. Middls® will also manage and respond to your customer reviews to drive positive customer experience and engagement. Refunds and returns will be managed directly by Middls®with clients. These are eventually transferred to client entrepreneurs for cost and ownership.
